Membership Booking Policies

1. Membership Commitment

All memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months from the date of initial enrollment.

By signing up, the member agrees to complete the full 3-month term regardless of usage.

2. Membership Benefits
-
Membership does not include general access to the physical studio space.

Membership benefits include:
-
50% off production rentals
-
15% off Department-hosted events
-
Access to workshops and events hosted or sponsored by The Department
-
Exclusive discounts with partner businesses
-
All benefits are subject to availability and may change at any time.

3. Billing & Payment
-
Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
-
Payments are automatically charged to the card on file on the same date each month.
-
Members are responsible for keeping payment information up to date.
-
Failure to process payment may result in:
-
Suspension of membership benefits
-
Additional fees or collections for unpaid balances
-
4. Cancellation Policy
-
Memberships may be canceled after the initial 3-month commitment period.
-
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing date.

Requests must be submitted via [your official method: email, portal, etc.].

If cancellation is submitted less than 7 days before billing:

The next billing cycle will still be charged
-
Membership will remain active through that period
-
5. Early Termination
-
Memberships cannot be canceled during the initial 3-month commitment period.

If a member stops using the membership before the term ends, they are still responsible for all remaining payments within the 3-month period.

6. Pause Policy
-
Members may request to pause their membership once every 6 months.
-
Pauses may last up to 30 days maximum.
-
Pause requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date.
-
Membership benefits are not active during the pause period.

7. Reactivation Fee
-
If a membership is canceled and later reactivated, a $25 reactivation fee will apply.

The Department reserves the right to modify pricing or benefits upon reactivation.

8. Active Membership Requirement for Discounts
-
Membership discounts and benefits apply only when a member is actively enrolled and in good standing at the time of booking and at the time of the scheduled service.
-
If a member books a production rental or event using membership benefits but does not have an active membership during the booking month, The Department reserves the right to:
-
Cancel the booking, or Adjust the booking to the full non-member rate, or
-
Require payment for the applicable membership month to reinstate discounted pricing.

The selected resolution will be at the sole discretion of The Department.

9. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, including:
-
-Partial billing periods
-
-Unused benefits
-
-Failure to utilize membership perks
-

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
-
By enrolling, the member agrees:
-
-Not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting The Department to resolve the issue
-
-That all charges made in accordance with these terms are authorized
-

If a chargeback is initiated:
-
-Membership benefits will be immediately revoked
-

-
The member is responsible for:
-
-The original charge
-
-Any associated dispute or processing fees
-
The Department reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances

11. Modifications
-
The Department reserves the right to:
-
-Update membership benefits
-
-Adjust pricing
-
-Modify these Terms & Conditions at any time with reasonable notice

12. Agreement
-
By purchasing a membership, the member acknowledges that they:

Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

Agree to be bound by them
