Membership Booking Policies

A legal disclaimer

Members receive discounted studio rates based on their membership tier.
Active membership must be valid at the time of both booking and usage of the space.
If a member cancels or lapses their membership before the booking date, the booking will be converted to the standard non-member rate, and the price difference will be charged automatically.

Cancellations 72+ hours before the booking start time: 100% credit toward a future booking within 60 days.
Cancellations 48–72 hours before: 50% credit toward a future booking.
Cancellations within 48 hours: No credit or refund.
Bookings are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the DoCP team.
If a member’s discount was applied and they later downgrade or cancel their membership, the discounted rate becomes void and standard pricing will apply to any upcoming reservations.

Memberships can be canceled at any time, but benefits and discounts end immediately.
Any upcoming bookings scheduled under the member rate will be charged the difference between the member and non-member rate.
Membership fees are non-refundable once processed.
Members who cancel and re-join may be subject to a new onboarding fee and updated rates.

Failure to show up for a booking without notice forfeits the entire session with no credit or refund.
Repeated no-shows may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.

Bookings can be rescheduled once (with at least 72-hour notice) at no cost.
Additional reschedules will incur a 10% administrative fee.
Rescheduled bookings must take place within 60 days of the original booking date.

Time beyond your scheduled booking will be billed in hourly increments at the standard (non-discounted) hourly rate, unless prior approval is given.
Exceeding occupancy limits or booking conditions may result in additional fees.

Using a membership discount to book on behalf of a non-member or third party will result in immediate suspension of membership privileges and retroactive billing at non-member rates.
DoCP reserves the right to terminate memberships for misuse, violation of booking terms, or disruptive behavior.
