About the event
Building a full-time creative life is something alot of us would kill for.
In this workshop KEESE gives insight into what it actually takes to make creativity your primary source of income. Founder of Race You Home, an independent video production company, and co-founder of the Department of Creative Pursuits, he provides his real world experience of graduating from the University of Colorado, to getting a felony, working in warehouses, and now owning a video production company and trying to create a community.
This session isn’t about motivational speaking, it's about being honest with yourself to see if a life of full time creative work is even for you.
We’ll talk through:
Keese's story and how you could apply his losses and wins to your own career
how to think about stability and financial reality of a creative life
